• A deposit is required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the website.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure or mutual agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All website designs, content, and code created by SiteUp are the property of SiteUp until full payment is made.
• Upon final payment, ownership of the website files is transferred to the client.
• SiteUp retains the right to display your website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide timely feedback and content
• Supply branding materials (logo, colors, fonts)
• Keep login credentials secure

6. Limitation of Liability

SiteUp is not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits
• Website downtime due to hosting issues
• Delays caused by client feedback or content delivery

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice. Payments for completed work are still due.
